College Worker Program

Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Member Care Agent, students will:
- Address member inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or other communication channels.
- Guide account information, transactions, and general financial services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure member satisfaction.
- Uphold the credit union’s standards of quality and member care.

Undergraduate College Internship Program
